Journal of Computer Assisted Learning

The Journal of Computer Assisted Learning is an international peer-reviewed journal which covers the whole range of uses of information and communication technology to support learning and knowledge exchange. It aims to provide a medium for communication between researchers and the practitioners and to foster collaborative research. It is a rich source of material for research students in areas such as collaborative learning, knowledge engineering, open, distance and networked learning, developmental psychology and evaluation. The research themes are treated in a way which will maximize their influence on developments and practice in education, vocational training and professional development.

Journal of the Learning Sciences

The Journal of the Learning Sciences provides a multidisciplinary forum for the presentation of research on learning and education. The journal seeks to foster new ways of thinking about learning that will allow our understanding of cognition and social cognition to have impact in education. It publishes research articles that advance our understanding of learning in real-world situations and of promoting learning in such venues, including articles that report on the roles of technology can play in promoting deep and lasting learning. Computers and Education

Computing and communication technology continue to make an ever-increasing impact on all aspects of cognition, education and training, from primary to tertiary and in the growing open and distance learning environment. Computers in Education Journal

The Computers in Education Journal is published by the Northeast Consortium for Engineering Education on behalf of the Computers in Education Division of the American Society for Engineering Education. The Computers in Education Journal serves engineering, mathematics, and science faculties who wish to improve the quality of instruction through the use of computers.

Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence, which commenced publication in 1970, is now the generally accepted international forum for the publication of results of current research in this field. The journal welcomes basic and applied papers describing mature work involving computational accounts of aspects of intelligence.

Journal of Computer-Mediated Communications

The Journal of Computer-Mediated Communication (JCMC) is a web-based, peer-reviewed scholarly journal. Its focus is social science research on computer-mediated communication via the Internet, the World Wide Web, and wireless technologies. Within that general purview, the journal is broadly interdisciplinary, publishing work by scholars in communication, business, education, political science, sociology, media studies, information science, and other disciplines. Acceptable formats for submission include original research articles, meta-analyses of prior research, synthesizing literature surveys, and proposals for special issues.

Education and Information Technologies

This is the official journal of the IFIP Technical Committee on Education. It covers the complex relationships between information and communication technologies and education. The American Journal of Distance Education is the internationally recognized journal of research and scholarship in the field of American distance education.
